My Feature Film Pitch Wins LLC Contest!

After graduating with MFA from DePaul, I desired to strengthen my business knowledge to prepare for my next project.
This summer, I was selected to participate in Lawyers for the Creative Arts’s LLC Business Plan and Formation Series. During this eight-week series, a cohort of talented Chicago creatives and I had classes with lawyers to formulate business plans.
Also, we received mentorship from two SCORE Mentors to form our creative businesses, which accumulated in a pitch session yesterday. I pitched the business plan for my LLC of my debut feature film, All Good. I won! I could not have done it without the support of my mentor, Nancy Bishop, Publisher and Critic of Third Coast Review. I'm grateful for this opportunity and I am eager to apply this knowledge to the production of my feature film in 2024!
